My faves are DARK ANGEL and every band that sounds alike, and i hope that you're going to release your next CD very soon and wish you good luck !! I met Makis and Maria in 1991 while I was working for the distributor of Roland in Athens, Greece. Of all the people who walked in and out of there, only they made an impression on me. We clicked immediately! It was clear to me from the very beginning, these were not your average sort of people.
We have been good friends ever since. Outstanding people, in my view, must always also be ambassadors of good character, and they certainly have proven themselves to be exemplary human beings, and it has been an honour for me to be associated with them in this lifetime...
The dedication and focus with which they apply themselves to everything they do, is nothing less than monumental. Their tremendous effort under VERY difficult circumstances, is a commendable feat on its' own, but I'm sure you will agree the results they obtain justify the pains.
Their broad mindedness is reflected in the variety of music they appreciate. But why is Thrash Metal their chosen field of action/expression? Perhaps because it conveys most effectively, among other things, the frustration they feel about society today, and how human beings somehow distort truth and virtue and turn it into a negative destructive cycle. The frustration felt for prejudices, cowardice, close mindedness, selfishness, unscupulousness, and short term personal gain that prevade in our societies.
Their motivation lies in the pure love of what they do, and not on ulterior motives that seem to be the sad core characteristic of the artists of today. These people have something to say, sentiments to convey, and the mileage to back it!
